That's a good one. Really can't think of why a LV xmfr would be there.
If it was me...I would write or call REV with my F.I.N and request the set of schematics for the unit. If it was factory.,..the detail should be there somewhere.

Other possibilities include entertainment gear, e.g. DVD, sound system, tv, satellite dome or receiver, some kind of led decor lighting, a tv amplifier system, maybe a USB charging port, etc. Just too many things that could have been installed and are designed to get power via a "wall wart" plugged to a 120v outlet.

Definitely request the electrical and plumbing schematics from Fleetwood/Rev customer service. They can email them directly to you.

That outlet powers my outside tv. I don’t have a transformer though.

If you have an auto gen start that transformer supplies 12 volts to the EC30 circuit board. When programmed to start on loss of power, the outlet loses power and opens the 12 volts at the board to start the generator.
The only problem is that Fleetwood installs them after the transfer switch and the transformer should be installed before the transfer switch so it would see when power is restored at the pole to cycle the generator off.
