Question TV won't turn on - a switch box setting? 06 Storm

Just bought RV with previously new TVs installed front and back. Back TV works fine on cable but front TV won't turn on no matter which button we choose on the media switch box - cable, dvd, sat. (Satellite is installed.) We tried changing batteries in the remote and using the butonns on the TV. We checked to assure there was power to the TV outlet - we unplugged and plugged back in. We are stymied. Could there be some combination of switch box settings preventing the TV from even turning on? Can anyone advise? Thanks.

If the front TV is in the drivers view it must have a cut-off to prevent it being on when the vehicle is running. Sometimes these go bad. Check at the receptacle to see if it has power.

Is there a red "ready " light lit on front of tv? That means it has power.

if the TVs are 12 volt, check the back of the tv for a fuse or check the cig plug itself for a fuse.

Malfunctioning switch

It had to go into the shop for repair. The shut-off had malfunctioned and would not allow it to turn on, even when the motor was off. Thanks for your input.
