Vac U Flush problem

Need help with VacUFlush system. Was running fine but now pump will not run! Think the system is still powered as the red warning lights are lit (which indicates no vacuum) Where can i get access to the pump? I have a 2017 Bounder 35K.

Found out system will not run if the black tank is full. Now i need to find out why the tank was full since it was empty when we stored it a month ago andf we just got to out destination today for this trip. Thanks!

Take a close look at the water input connections in the service compartment. It's pretty easy to connect the water hose to the tank flush connection instead of the fresh water intake connection. Some folks ( not me )have done that and filled the black tank till it flowed up and on to the roof.
It's possible to do that on my new coach too. I think I'll paint the flush connector a distinctive color, say brown??
