Vacuflush

My 1/2 bath toilet is not flushing. It is like there is no vaccum. Main bath toilet is fine. Also where do I turn the water off to that toilet?. Thanks for your help. Gordon.

Doesn't that Bounder come with standard gravity porcelain toilets?

Water supply.....have to secure water to RV or turn pump off
No individual shut off at toilets (unless you have a miniblock manifold in wet bay)

Not familiar with a bounder.
If you have a "water control" manifold, shut off should be there or a shutoff behind the toilet.
as for no vacuum.. When was the last time the toilet half ball seal serviced?, (easy check..If the bowl still holds water most likely still OK),

Next.. does the vacuum pump run / run continuously?
May need the vacuum pump bellows, duck bill valves & tank were serviced..?
If the pump does not run check the circuits & fuses/breakers..

If all those are "good to go" & the vacuum pump continues to constantly run..
then I would do a vacuum test on the sewer line from the toilet to the vacuum pump.."Could have a split seam or crack in the plastic connecting pipe..

If the other toilet is working you likely have a blockage. Take a plunger to the toilet with the vacuflush turned off to and try to clear If that doesn’t work you can feed a garden hose down the toilet and try to unclog with water stream

Hmmmmm.... Possibly main toilet is gravity and only the half bath is vacuum?...The plunger/water hose may not work with a vacuum system me thinks.. normally the "plugs" are at the duckbills or bellows..disassembly is required to clear..

The vacuum tank is designed to withstand vacuum not pressure..wouldn't want to over pressure and split that tank..messy that (don't ask )

In the 2016 35K both toilets are vacuflush. I agree with Ayajabb's remedies.

My youngest clogged the 1/2 bath with paper towels. Plunging works

The water shut off is behind the toilet. It sounds like it may be plugged up. Try running a piece of wire down the 1” tubing.
