After a complete nightmare with my previous MH manufacturer and their total lack of support, I can only express my complete satisfaction with Fleetwood. My 2 day "Shake down" trip resulted in 1 problem found with a small hairline crack in the shower. My dealer contacted Fleetwood who contacted the shower manufacturer and had a service technician come to my storage lot and fix the problem. Shower looks brand new.
Just arrived at a campground and noticed the gasket around the windshield had come loose. Contacted my dealer who contacted Fleetwood and Fleetwood said decorative piece and they had actually changed manufactures for this decorative gasket and that there was no danger of water intrusion. They also said that I could have a mobile Rv tech come out to make it look good and they would pay for it if I wanted. They are also shipping new piece to my dealer tomorrow.
So happy with Fleetwood. I just wanted to give them a shoutout.
My dealer, Southaven RV, is awesome as we'll.
