Does anyone on here have experience with the Waiter's ECC replacement for the Intellitec ECC?

My original system from 1998 failed, and I installed the Waiters ECC system last Fall. So far it has been flawless, and I look forward to enjoying the programmable benefits this Summer. R.T.

Thank you, mine keeps shedding the front ac. So I have been checking alternatives. How's the installation process?

I cannot give a good enough recommendation for this. It is plug and play installation and works like a charm. The touch screen control makes operation easy and worry free. The ac fan turns off 30 seconds after the compressor instead of continuing to run waiting on temperature threshold. The shedding process for my two ac's works smooth and better than ever! The extra features are appealing as well.

Bought and installed one last year in my 2002 bounder. Very simple to install and works flawlessly. John the designer is available and more than happy to talk to you if you have any problems. Highly recommend his product.

The guy who makes them reached out to me via phone to make sure the installation went well. super nice and really cares about customer satisfaction.

You will likely need to increase the size of the opening in the wall. I just used a multitool and took off a little at a time. I used the velcro to hold it in and it worked like a champ. My old control box (separate unit from the wall-mounted control) was under the fridge and getting access to it turned out to be the most cumbersome part of the process.

My buddy installed the Waiters EC in his 2001 Bounder and he is really satified with its operation.

I installed the ECC in my 2003 Fleetwood Southwind about 11 months ago. Great directions and an easy install. When I had issues with the dimming function and the AC units intermittently coming on at ECC power up John sent updated hardware immediately; wall screen was coming off in the AZ heat - John immediately shipped the mounting frame. Great upgrade, surpassed by excellent support. You have made a great choice!
