Water heater by-pass 2007 Expedition 38L

Where is it? It's not with the water pump and not in the service bay. I've looked inside the coach, all other basement compartments and can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

2008 Discovery 40x. By pass is in the bedroom closet, very close to the backside of the tank. Low temp hot water, mixing valve on tank. Atwood did epoxy the adjustment screw, pick it out and adjust. Usually just needs to be adjusted. you will need a flash light.
