Water heater gc-10a-3e

I have a Intellitec model 900,I have 120VAC going to upper post on circuit board for water heater but zero voltage coming out . Do I need 12v going to circuit board to activate relay to send 120VAC to heater element. If so where would I check for 12VDC in the BBC.Also my monitor panel up front is blank.Do I need to replace the circuit board or can it be tested, The two a/c run fine and refrig runs fine. Thanks Paul

You will need the Installation and Service Manual, it should be with your motorhome documentation. If not, contact
As far as needing 12VDC, the answer is yes. The manual has a complete trouble shooting process outlined. It is fairly complex and not something I can post here. If you are unable to locate the manual from Intellitec, send me a message with your email and I will send you a PDF. Just be sure to tell me what you want.
