Water Ingress...

We have a 1999 F53 Fleetwood Bounder 34J. We have a water ingres problem which we can not find.
It is in the passenger side footwell. Have taken the facia off where the air/con is and cut the wall back about 2" from floor which was damp.
There is a steel frame (side section) and a steel frame which goes across the rv. The water is tracking in between these steel box sections.

We have taken the wing off and cleaned sealed the area under the wheelarch and wing area, sealed the front cap and trim section which goes on outside to the roof. Taken the trim off the dash to check window seal and upright, no thing there.
The side window was taken out some time ago and it was fine and all sealed back up again.

Lost where it is coming in from, Hoping someone may know or have had this on a Bounder 1999.

Does this happen when it's raining or anytime? We found in our Bounder that an A/C duct over the passenger footwell tends to "sweat" a lot when we use the dash A/C in hot weather. I'm not sure if anything can be done to remedy it; we just know it will happen and blot up the moisture. Hopefully someone will have a better suggestion for you.

We are in the Uk so the a/c does not gets used that often . Water is seen after washing and would say rain also.
It can be seen weeping in between the steel box sections on the front bulhead.
