Water Pump fuse

Have a 2001 Fleetwood American tradition, the water pump works if i put 12 volts to it. I replaced the latching relay but noticed that the 12 volt input line is dead. the fuse panel is under the 2nd step in the entry way but all the fuses are good. I was told there is a second coach fuse panel in the rear by the batteries but cant find it. I don't have the owners manual or electrical drawings for this. Any ideas where this second fuel panel is at?

Do you have 12 volts to the pump control/On/Off switch?

Fuse block may also be near to or internal to the converter.

In my experience, a latching relay would be an unusual use to drive the water pump. There is usually a pressure switch to control the pump on/off based on turning the pump off after building system pressure, and on when system pressure drops.

Look for an inline fuse within about a foot of the pump in the 12v feed wire.

My comments are in general as our coaches are different, but maybe something will help for you:
Are you referring to the water pump controller that has 4 wires? Here is a file showing the electrical wiring including switches and the controller that is for many coaches. Maybe this will apply to your coach also.

In my coach, there are several 12 volt fuse locations throughout the coach. I have three 12 volt fuse box locations, plus several stand alone fuses for some items. There is a 12 volt fuse box, along with a 120 volt circuit breaker box mounted into the bed frame, Inside that 12 volt fuse box I have a 10 amp fuse labeled as "Water Pump Power 10amp".

You mentioned "a second coach fuse panel in the rear by the batteries". In my coach there is a large black box called the BCC or Battery Control Center in the inverter compartment. inside that metal box there are many 12 volt fuses, but none of them are for the water pump.
