I am not normally a fan of mechanic in a can products but I always had good results adding a can of Duralube oil treatment when changing the oil and the vehicle had a sticking lifter. I did it many times over the years buying and selling Suzuki Samurais. Of course, if the lifter is bad, no joy. In the very old days my dad used "Mystery" oil.

Having been around those old 460s a bunch, my bet would be on worn valve guides causing your tick. Not a bunch you can do short of rebuilding the cylinder heads.
