Eez tire last 4 seasons, love it!
What size tires do have. I am looking at a chart for 275/70R22.5 tires and for front axle weights up to 9,880 lbs it says to use only 85 psi.
You are running with 110 psi on fronts and chart says that is for an axle weight of 6,070 lbs each side or 12,140 lbs. If this correct, it's telling me to use 85 psi in all 6 tires!
I'm just trying to figure this all out. What do you think?

Yes, I have 275/70 R22.5 tires the chart next to my drivers seat indicates front recommended pressure is 115lbs and rear is 95lbs. I have adjusted the pressures somewhat.

I have that same chart but those pressures are for GVWR of 31,000 lbs.
12,000 for the front steer
19,000 for the drive rear
I'm no where near that.

Have you seen that Michelin Tire brochure for RV tires? It has a lot of information.

I have not read the Michelin brochure, I feel more comfortable running higher pressures so my wife can load up whatever she want's. I do monitor tire wear, my first set of Goodyears aged out at 45,000 miles and I have 15,000 on my Hercules tires. great tire wear at my pressures.

Hey Mr. Hayward3411.
I just researched those Hercules tires. They are owned by Cooper Tire out of northern Ohio. I looked at a couple models, one being the Iron man I 502.
Are those the ones that you bought? What kind of price are they? If you had them balanced, what type?
I bought a set of Sumitomo's from a local tire distributor. Got a good deal and so far after 4500 miles, like them. I had the fronts spinned balanced but not the rears.

They are Hercules H 902's, a local tire dealer that I trust recommended them. I had all 6 tires spin balanced and front end alignment done for $2500.00. They are owed by Cooper tire some sizes are manufactured in China. I purchased them because of my Alaskan trip this past summer. Happy so far, my Goodyears started rivering after 25,000 miles.
