What is this little thing on the wall?

I believe I have seen two on my new-to-me coach (2008 Fiesta LX) and I am intrigued as to its purpose...

Welcome to iRV2 .

Picture is a little blurry ; but ; if your new coach has multiple zones for air conditioning and there is a vent grid on these items , I believe they are remote temp sensors for the thermostat .

My remotes look like this.

Thanks for the replies! After I posted this, I started to think that because I have 2 ACs and there is one of these in the front and one in the rear, it was probably an AC sensor.

They put one of mine under the kitchen cabinet right next to a halogen light. If the light was on the air would think the temp was higher than it actually was.. I replaced bulb with LED and solved problem.
