What is this part?

19 Discovery. Have small drip coming from the small weld circle. Fluid is clear, not sure if DEF fluid or water.
It is right under the radiator, hose on each end go up to radiator.
Another member on the chasis forum said it is part of aqua hot, just looking for any other opinions.
Was going to put some JB weld epoxy on it for now until i can get it fixed. Good idea or not?Click image for larger version

Most likely a transmission cooler. Should be two larger hoses, (antifreeze) and two smaller hoses (transmission fluid). If that weld leaks, Freightliner should replace it.

Id try Freightliner first, likely the part would be supplied by Cummins, changed by Freightliner. If you have a local Cummins Shop, you could also go there.
