Oh and by the way...you should go to the Fleetwood website and register as the new owner of your Discovery. Fleetwood customer service is EXCELLENT; they will email you all the schematics, plumbing, electrical, and build sheet for your coach. You will need to provide the FIN (Fleetwood Identification Number) when you call. Also, if you need the owner manual or brochure, check the stickies at the top of this section.

Are you planning on doing Ebbetts Pass east to west?
I've gone to Hermit Valley twice from the west in our 35' mh
Would not do it again,
Have driven in my truck all the way west to east, not a trip I would take in my motorhome
Good luck on your trip,
Hwy 88 is ok
Mark

Best of luck, we're leaving for Canada/Alaska tomorrow!
Stay a night at Hermit Valley, no designated spots, all dry camping, but some huge camping areas for big rigs

Hey Dego, what kind of software did you use to plan out your trip like that? It looks great.

Da-Log, is called RoadTrippers its a free software that overlays on Googlemaps/earth. I have tried several and that one is about the best so far, they have an app for your phone/tablet as well. You can save your trips and share with others. It certainly not perfect, but for the price of FREE is certainly better than some of the pay programs/apps.

Here is last years trip to give you a flavor for how it works.
