What is this thing?

Hello all,
I have been trying to figure out what this thing is/what it does.
I have turned it on and all it seems to do is display "HH", doesn't seem to affect anything in the rig.
To be clear, I am referring the white panel with a single button and small display.
Rig is a 2001 Fleetwood Discovery 36t
Thanks in advance.

There isn't anything on it that I can see.
I am planning on pulling it off today to see if there are any markings on the back.

A commonly used readout for a device that is over temperature limit.

Any idea what it would be monitoring if that's what it is?

No expert as I have never had such things but I would be looking for something that has a stuck low voltage cooling fan. An inverter?

That is an old Winegard Digital Magic box - used to monitor the elevation on the old Winegard manual satellite dishes...

Hold the button and crank up the Sat Antenna. It reads in degree of tilt.

This is an elevation indicator. It is or was connected to a manual sat dish on the roof of your TV. It indicates degrees of elevation. Most likely only works with DirectTV. Hope this helps.
