What kind of (Fleetwood?) screw head is this?

I was putzing around my RV today trying to look behind panels in an attempt to familiarize myself with my relatively new to me 2013 Excursion.

I came across this type of screwhead TWICE- once trying to access the area where my slide motor is and the second time trying to access the water pump area. I went through just about every screw bit, torx, and computer screwdriver I had, but could not find a match that would fit into this screwhead.

My eyes aren't what they used to be, but after zooming up on a picture from my cellphone and squinting the best I could, I'm guessing it is some sort of 8 point (proprietary Fleetwood?) screwhead? Can anyone tell me what type of screwhead this thing is and maybe give me a link where I can buy the tool, tip, whatever, that will allow me to get these crazy screws out?

I can't figure the size from the picture without some reference point .

But do you have " Robertson " ( square ) bits or screwdrivers , they're only 4 point but might work if the screw isn't too tight.

I do have some square bits but they were spinning around in the screw heads and weren't biting that well. I don't want to strip the screw heads.

The diameter of the screwhead is 3/8"

It is a square bit. I just did work on our American Eagle and it had a bunch in the water area. It does look like a torx but it's a square bit. I also bought 100 of them off eBay for cheap, they get banged up easy so I replace them when they look a little off.

Square bit, huh? That's two people now saying that. My square bit was going to strip these screwheads as it wasn't biting. I guess I'll have to hunt for a square bit tip set of different sizes to find one that fits?

The square bits are called Robertson bits and they do offer different sizes.

The attached picture look like SIX sided bits. None of mine would fit properly to get good bite. My screwhead *looks* like it has 8 sides.

Tried Torx. My Torx kit only has six sided bits. I tried my Torx "jack knife" set and the little bits for my screwedriver. Wouldn't bite.

Will go to Home Depot tomorrow and look for a kit unless someone comes up with a better suggestion. Thanks.
