Usually there is a cartridge fuse in the power line close to the pump. The control is by completing the ground via a relay on the control board you replaced.

On my 2006 Discovery, there is a 10 amp "water pump power" fuse located in the 12 volt fuse box, mounted in the bed side skirt.

I attached a few more pictures how about this fuse by battery - its tests good - does it have anything to do with the house pump?

The pump should have +12vdc with the other wire being open to ground. The pump control module will latch that wire to ground until the switch is activated again to release the relay.

Did you check the 12 volt water pump fuse in either (depending on year) the box on the bed skirt, or under the fuse box under the refrigerator?

still no power to all 3 switches and no power to control box and no power to the pump itself and its new pump

Are there any 12 volt lights that don't work? The water pump circuit also provides power to several lights in my 2006 Discovery.
