Unhappy Wind noise

I have a 2008 Revolution 43 DP with a wind noise on drivers side. Thought it was from the wind rushing between the mirror and windshield I purchased a longer arm from Vel Vac so the mirror could be moved further out to hopefully stop the noise. Still getting the noise. Any one else experience this issue and if so how did you resolve it

You might try running a piece of masking tape, or any tape, along the windshield edge and/or the edge of the driver's side window frame, to possibly locate the air leak. I would suspect an air leak long before wind turbulence from the side mirror.

My 2007 Revolution had a bad wind noise when I purchased it a few years ago. It turned out the hole in the A pillar for the power mirror wires was completely open and apparently never sealed from the factory. A little silicon to seal the hole made a significant improvement.

One other thing, make sure you are not missing any of the weep hole covers on the outside of the drivers window. Those little pieces of plastic make a big difference.

Good Luck.

The wind noise in my '04 Tradition was the spotlight up on the roof. If I failed to reverse the spotlight and tilt it downward, it howled! It only took me 5 years to figure that out (we don't move the spotlight much).

Only time I had a wind noise was when the side window wasn't closed tightly in it's channel. On one coach the window didn't fit well into the channel and leaked air a lot just because it wasn't completely closed into it's channel.
The other suggestion ,as above, get some wide painters or masking tape and tape up all the bottom rails of the window on your next trip. If it doesn't help, remove the tape and tape up the vertical rails, keep going until you find an area that helps.

One of the set screw covers was missing on the mirror. Amazing wind noise. Hard to believe!
