wipers 83 Pace Arrow
After rewiring my entire battery bank on my 83 Pace Arrow I am happy to say I got everything working again, so I thought, today was working with the windshield wiper they failed to work, and I have not been able to determine a cause, I check the fuse under the dash, and it is fine so it is beyond that can anyone provide me with troubleshooting technique I can try to get them working?

Did you actually check the fuse or just look at it?
Do you have 12v to the incoming side and going out of the fuse?
Sometimes pulling and reinstalling the fuse will fix things on these older units. (if the fuse is good)

wipers
Yes I tested the fuse with a test light and I can pull it, will do that today, but I am sure that is not the problem being I have power at both point, and I was going to test the ground wire first thing this morning being I read that after a internet search, I he that is the case.

Also test at the motor with the switch on. The dash panel pops out easily, you can test the switch for power in and out.

corrected the problem
I was able to find the problem and corrected it by moving a wire from the positive post to the negative post, I tried to test the switch buy pulling out the inside panel which was not easy to remove but everything I pull the panel away from the base I lost all power so after trying this a few time I gave up. At least it is working now and that is all that matter to me.
The panels are all but impossible to pull out due was never able to do much the very short distance I able to move it, I tried everything to remove the dash top so I can look down into the dash and not have to strain wires and or connections but even after pulling all of the screws and everything else that could have hold it in place the dash top failed to come off so not wanting to break anything I gave up.

Dang, these things are so weird, on my '84 Pace the dash panel would just pop after I took out the screws.
