I have read of bulkhead issues on possibly the 2003, any other cons to this model and year? Pro/cons to Foretravel in general? 90K engine/1400gen a big issue is records good and cosmetics attractive?

Well, I just bought an '01 and as I understand it, the bulkhead issues were prior to 2000. and not expensive to fix.
01's and newer are ok i believe.

2002 and 03's had an exterior crack occur sometimes on the corners. This was a manufacturing/design problem going from a coach without stress relief points as I understand it...to a glassed in smooth one piece looking exterior.
company did its best to fix them all...

It appears the bulkhead issue is prior to the 2001 model, the 2001 uses a better setup I am told, I have a 2001 no issue, but do keep eyes on it just in case.

The most amazing part about my 2001 U320 is the fact nothing ever seems to go wrong or break, only money spent is for biggie upgrades, full paint inc roof at Xtreme,then ceramic floor, electric blinds, led tv front and rear, lights rear door, tail led liters, etc etc.......
