I had major renovations done by Classic Coach last spring and I was very satisfied. They did what they said they’d do and their work was excellent. Greg is easy to deal with and very straightforward. It did take a little longer than predicted but this is to be expected and planned for on a large project.

Among other things, the project included adding an HDMI matrix wiring system to all TVs, tearing out cabinets and building a new cabinet, and replacing a sofa and recliner with new motorized reclining units. The job totally transformed my coach's comfort and convenience, and looks like it was there since the coach was born.

Classic’s people are very talented and knowledgable. The management is very anxious to please. They got their start in the industry by working for a major custom high-end Prevost coach builder, where quality standards are very high, and many of their techs also came from this background.

I was initially nervous trusting them with major work on my coach, but things worked out very well. I am very pleased and would deal with them again with zero hesitation.

P.S. the thread title says Lakeland FL but they haven’t been there for a couple of years as they have relocated to Ormond Beach FL.

I had an experience with them back in Lakeland. they remodeled my 2010 Eagle 45B and made it into a B+ in 2014. I had the same problems of communications as mentioned. they did $40,000 in remodeling and we had to really stay on top of things to get what we wanted. BUT They ended up putting in granite counter tops that we did not choose or like. NO they have not been changed. the rear bath was totally remodeled with a new shower to get rid of the clam shell doors and ad full body showers. many other add on things done some major. They told us 6 weeks and we said okay. well it was from February to the end of May. many emails and phone calls on my part, said the coach was ready for us to pickup and after getting there we had to wait on it for 6 days while they finished it. Alan has ADD and could not focus on the project at hand and kept jumping around from project to project. Dad had a job at a company on the space coast and only came to town every other week. They did have excellent craftsman in Lakeland, not sure now.
As stated better LATE than Never. we left on bad terms and would not have them do any work for us now.

I also have had experience with Classis Coach in Lakeland. Never again. The craftsmen were good but the owner-manager Dennis is a real piece of work. They will not complete the job as agreed.
