We are going this weekend to check out a 2001 u320 with one slide any thing I should look for ? We are aware of the bulkhead issues owner said they are good is there a easy way to check the trouble spots? And anything else to look for ?

Owners will always say there is not a problem. I even had a salesman at Motorhomes of Texas tell me it really is not much of a problem. Are you on the foretravel forum? Reach out on that forum for someone close to look it over for you. Repair can be very expensive.
