The books come with the build drawings. They cover just about every system there is in the coach. If you are missing one you can call tech support.

I was having a dash AC problem in my coach. I did not have the drawing on the dash AC system. Made a call to Foretravel and they sent me the drawing. I was able to take the drawing and figure out that I had a bad relay. Replaced the relay and it solved the problem.

You can also call Foretravel parts, give them the build # and for a cost of +$100.00 or so, they will send you a PDF with all of the drawings used to build your coach.

Hope that answered your question.

I just reread your post and you mentioned New. In 2018 Foretravel stopped making their own chassis and started using chassis by Spartan. I am not sure if you get the drawing for the chassis on these coaches. That might have to come from Spartan.
