1999 SVB fuel filters.

Hi All,
Two years ago, about 5000kms, I did an all filter change and I couldn't find the lift pump or lift pump filter, so I only install one, maybe two, fuel filter(s) up by the engine, Now I am thinking there should be a second filter near the lift pump. I looked everywhere under that thing and didn't see it, now I am getting a code -ID 94 - FM 2.- CNT 1- trouble code on my scan gauge and thinking it might be my lift pump or lift pump filter because I don't know when it was changed last. Some said it's on the frame rail and some say it's on the engine, even one guy said it may be in the tank. Do anyone know where the lift pump is located and or filter and would anyone have a picture. Its a 1999 SVB with the 275 HP 8.3 Cummins engine and a Spartan GT frame. Thanks
