Post 1999 tour master power steering

I’m a class A newbie that just purchased a 1999 Gulf Steam tour master. I want to baseline all fluids and filters and as most know it’s a pain to get service Manuals witch my coach has none. It has the M-11 Cummins with the Allison HD 4060. I have got most everything but power steering fluid type (looks yellow) and if there is a filter . Any help would be appreciated.
