2020 Gulf Stream BT Cruiser Tail Lights ?

We need to get a state safety inspection done on the RV. When testing all of the lights we noticed that there are three lights in the rear bumper on each side. Red for the brake/turn signal, white for the back-up and an amber color bulb. We do not know what the amber one is for. We have also tried the 4 ways even and have not been able to make them work. Does anyone know what these lights are for?

Will I guess no one knows what the amber lights are for. So, I got under the RV and looked to see if the lights are even wired up. Guess what there are no wires connected to the amber lights. Why did the manufactory install lights and not wire them up. I hope when I go for the state inspection, they don't reject it because they are not working.
