Gulfstream Quality

Hi, We are looking at a new Gulfstream Cabin Cruiser 28CRB., 2019 or 20. I have found so many bad reviews. I am scared now. Can anyone tell me if this company builds decent Travel Trailers? Or do you have a lot of problems. TIA

Gulf stream quality

I have a 2016 Conquest C 6237 MH, we purchased new April of 2016. so I don't have experience with their trailers. But The MH has been excellent. One small TV issue resolved immediately and that is it. Hope that helps

I have a Scenic Cruiser that I bought new in 2003 and have had real good service out of it. Some small problems which you will find with any coach from any company including Prevosts which are million dollar coaches. But my point is you can get good and bad coaches from any company.

But I will say that there are levels of quality on any coach or trailers. The more it costs, the better the amenities are. It is just common sense. But you also have to remember that anything mechanical can break.

What I will say about Gulf Stream is that at one time a lot of owners complained about their answering service. I never had any problems the few times that I called, but there were some that complained that nobody would answer the phone and only had a machine to take your number and they would call back, and that sometimes it took a while for them to return the call. But maybe they have changed, not sure since I really have not called them in years.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my post. I totally agree with you about the service with ANY coach. We did order the Cabin Cruiser 28CRB. It looks like a Cabin inside with a Stone Fireplace. It also was one of the few that had the Rear Bath that I like. Hopefully they will build it correctly! Fingers crossed.

Happy Camping,
Robyn

I bought a 2006 GS Class A gas in 2009..Loved it and not one issue or problem......Bought a new 2014 Newmar Dutch Star and had quite a few issues....

In many ways I liked the way GS did things on my 06 than on the Newmar.....Really is comparing apples and oranges but I had nothing bad to say ref my 5 yrs with the GS.....Cust Service in those yrs was a challenge, they were just trying to survive and cut everything bare bones.....

Good luck .....

That makes me so much more comfortable. I have not found very many people that own GS. Well, we ordered it and we are picking.it up at the Factory in IN. We are hoping to do a factory tour while we are there. I'm so pleased you were happy with yours. Thank you for taking the time to tell me about your experiences.

Happy Camping
Robyn

I had a 2007 Sedona 5th wheel for 12 years. Quality was not great. I had to spend alot of time, love and money to keep in on the road. But I do not regret it for all the family memories it brought.
If you want to step up in quality then look at Outdoors RV. We bought a new F28RKS this past summer and now have put on 8000 miles and 45 nights. The only warranty issue I have had is a small decal on the front cap is lifting. ODRV are built to a different level.

We had 3 Gulf Stream motorhomes when we lived in Connecticut. Started with a BT Cruiser and moved up to a Sun Voyager for more room. Finally, purchased a Tour Master which we loved. Left rving for a few years and now have another manufacturer only because Gulf Stream isn't too prevalent in Florida. But I want to assure you that the Gulf Stream company is good and their products and support were always excellent. You'll be happy with your purchase.
