Help - where is HWH motor for jacks?

I have a 1996 gulfstream friendship 102 diesel pusher. My levellng jacks stopped functioning. I have power to the box with the on and off switch but the jacks are not responsive when moving the lever in any direction. I've checked all fuses I can find. I understand there may be another fuse by the pump but I'm not sure where it is located. Any help is appreciated.

hi ron, download a service manual for your system. it should be a 210 system. or if it has a light panel separate from the joystick assembly, download a 200 series manual.
there is a great deal of help on the diagnostic section.
the pump motor is on the end of the pump assembly. there is no manifold on your system. all the valving is in the joystick
you will need a 12 volt tester to do the diagnostics on the pump, but first thing, remove the top plate on the joystick assembly. there are three springs that may be out of position. make sure they are straight up. at a 90 degree from the plate. clean the three contact points under the springs, on the circuit board.
also vacuum the opening inside the chamber. clean all of the ring contact point all the way around. with a pencil eraser. thats what i use.

Thanks for your offer to help. I'm spending the day in kayak on Shenandoah river. Will tackle the jacks tomorrow. I've had the RV for 4 months. The jacks have been going down. The last couple of times it did not immediately start working. Seemed like I had to keep the lever pushed over hard for a few seconds, then they would start working. I do have a separate rectangle box with the on off switch. I already have the cover off the lever part. I'm am proficient with electrical trouble shooting and know my way around a multimeter. Thanks so much. I'll let you know what I find tomorrow when I start looking.

Ok. I think I've located the pump. There is a heavy gage wire going to it. This wire had obvious signs of heavy green oxidation. I tugged on it and the wire broke off easily. I'll have to install a new lug end in the cable and see if I can get the nut off and reattach it.

When I tried to remove the corroded battery connection for the pump solenoid, the bolt sheared off. I went to an auto zone and got a new solenoid that looks nearly identical. However I am too nervous to install it because I think the internal wiring may be different. On the old part, I read about 8 ohms between the two small bolts. On the new solenoid I measure infinite ohms. Maybe I'll try another auto parts store, or wait and buy the exact replacement on line.
