Check battery disconnect, fuse and circuit breaker to the house bank. Also insure good ground cable to frame.

I checked all fuses at the converter under dash in front of engine compartment all were good none of the breakers down. I am not sure how to no if any of the solenoids in front of engine compartment are bad there is 4 of them 2 with one wire in the middle and two with 2 wire and a battery isolator controller by intellitec.. I Don't no how to add a picture.

The post is just a bit confusing so.....
When you are plugged into shore power (120 AC) do you have 13 or so volts coming out of the Converter? If so, do your house lights (12VDC) come on?
Converter takes 120AC and makes 12dc.
Inverter takes 12dc and makes 120 AC.

Well I went down to rv service shop and talked to the manager about my problem he was quite puzzled he said I have to separate issues " genarator not putting out power" and no battery to converter. He bring it in for diagnostics testing $190.00 per hour ...... Maybe I don't need lights? Lol

With shore power disconnected start at the battery and follow the positive cable to any solenoid and check for power on both sides. If you do not have power on a side then the solenoid connection is open and this is the source of problem; provided you have a good ground.

Ok with out shore power I stared with first solenoid 1- good #2- good #3- good forth one power in not out and that went into a fuse panel right next to solenoid thats for chassis and to the lift of it there a fuse panel that's for house that's got 12v going to it ok. So there are 4 solenoid altogether I think 2 of them for chassis with 4 post and 2 with 3 post for house I went and replace the 3 posts one with new solenoid just to be sure but no change????? Next I ran a wire straight from house battery positive side to the converter positive and lights all came on!!! Could I be grounding out some we're? What can I try next????? hope didn't confuses you to bad.

Did you have someone push the switch for the house disconnect inside while you checked for control voltage on the solenoids? If you move a large cable from one side of solenoid to the other large cable side and the house lights up that solenoid is not closing; it could be a control circuit issue or a bad solenoid.
