HI all I was hoping someone could help with this .
We found a 1996 Gulf Stream Conquest C that looks at least in pictures to be pretty nice . The dealer says it has only 17 thousand miles.
But we are unsure if that actual miles or if its turned over totally and started over . But we are not sure how that works with a digital odometer. Here's the picture that was with the posting . I would like to get y'alls opinions.
Oh and one more question is it normal for most older model rvs to have a rippled/wavy uneven look to some of the outer panels . It seems that most do so just curious if there is a reason for this. Thank you

Went to buy truck years ago brake pedal rubber worn thru to metal told me higher mileage than odometer, but w/ RV, suspicion would be the lower Number if multiple wear factors said same? Garage kept by previous owner?
I’d have a reputable mechanic put a compression test on the motor and look into the cylinders with a bore scope and also look up service history by vin and make sure computer matches vin best of luck
