LCD replacement in Gulfstream

Anyone help in removing instrument cluster on an 04 Gulfstream Sunvoyager ? need to replace the LCD.

I removed cluster, but I cannot get it unplugged to work on it, any ideas on how to get these unplugged? I am pressing the tabs and pulling as hard as I can, they arent budging?

Break out the magnifying glass and flashlight? Can only guess still locked, or prying on the wrong parts? Maybe PO/ tech broke off a Lock release, that is common on old plastics with old fingers and weak eyes? Maybe even a sliver of broken plastic preventing from Unlocking?
