LCI automatic leveling

Just got last wednesday my new GS Yellowstone 8367; went out camping over the week end and NO PROBLEM.
Back home, parked the RV and today wanted to go out, the hydraulic jacks won't retract !
I've "reset" by holding all 4 arrows, but no issue...

Anyone knows what could be the problem ?

Have you checked to be sure you have 12 volt power at the pump solenoid? If not you may have a tripped circuit breaker near the battery bank. If you do have power does the pump run when you press the retract button? Is your battery voltage up and the banks turned on?

Last time mine failed it was the circuit breaker, that opens to an "L" shape. It is usually no more han 18" from the + side of the battery. Mine is mounted on the frame.

I couldn't help but see this post as the LCI component jack/slide system has had its share of woes...I'd run engine...make sure parking brake is set...push on button, then push retract all jacks...You can also call LCI and their website is lci1.com....they will help you.

Finally, this morning I called my dealer and with the help of one of their technicians, we found that one breaker supplying 12 VOLTS to the hydraulic pump had to be reset; minutes later all came back to normal.
p.s. with this problem, I've learned how the hydraulic pump controls my 4 jacks and 2 of my slide-outs, since the 3rd one works only on electricity.
Thanks to everyone.
