Shower drain pipe not connected

We had water all over the bathroom floor, water was coming out from under the shower. I opened the very small opening and noticed the pipe after the trap was not connected to the pipe going thru the wall at the end of trailer. This opening is small and my arms are too big and not long enough to reach back there to repair. Does anyone know how to get access to shower drain pipe.

Return to the dealer and have it repaired under warranty.
