Unhappy Slide out 2005 bt cruiser 5230

Slide out just stopped working on our last trip. Had to ratchet it in manually. There is a lever on the end of the slide out motor that had to be positioned to allow for manual retraction of the slide out. What position does this lever go in for normal operation? Towards the outer wall of the slide out or towards the inner area of the motorhome? Who manufactured this slide out? Power Gear, Schintec or Lippert. The motor is located under the sofa. I get no power to my switch and my switch only has 3 wires going to it (blue, yellow and green.) Also, can I bypass the seat and parking brake feature and install a 2 way keyable switch to prevent inadvertent operation of the slide out. Is there a manual for just this single electric motor under sofa driven slide out? I know, lots of questions .... and I don't have answers to any of them. I really appreciate all the great help from fellow and very knowledgeable rv'ers.

Google Lippert powergear single above floor slide. That should answer your questions. Find your power distribution center. There should be a couple of 30 amp breakers there. The little arm should be closed. When you push the red button the arm opens.

My 2000 Conquest hydraulic locks off when IGN is ON? Have you tried yours with key ON/ key OFF? Some brands/ models/ years want Engine=ON for higher voltage.

On my hydraulic slide, the 12vdc circuit breaker for the slide system is under step, next to battery/ switch, wired w/ heavy battery cable. Then, next to pump in separate compartment, an Inline FUSE tap supplies controls. None of this goes thru the coach power panel.
