Soft Floor

So I just purchased a 2009 Conquest W63110D. All and all a great unit. It does have one flaw....that I will have to tend to.

The refrigerator is in the slide and when the slide is closed. underneath where the fridge rests there's a 2'x3' area of cushion floor that started to bubble and appears to be soft. I don't have the unit yet and going on info my father-in-law gave me. He's the one that went to see it. I don't know if the slide floor is affected, just know that the main coach floor is.

Could it be that the fridge leaked? would it be coming in from the slid part. He said you can go look at the floor from one of the openings outside and they don't see any evidence of leaking....under the floor.

Any advice, ideas on what could of happened? Not terribly worried as I basically rebuilt my last trailer's floor and back walls due to dry rot....not fun, but I survived lol...this doesn't sound THAT major.

Usually a fridge doesn't leak enough to rot a floor. I'd suspect water entering under or around the slide.
