Solar Charger?

my 1994 scenic cruiser has a solar charger meter in side up above drivers side, meter is on but doesn't look like its doing anything, where is the solar panel any ways? so i can test it.

First is it a meter or a light? Meters usually require a shunt. The solar panel that is stock on some rigs is about a foot square and can be found on top of something on the roof, like an AC unit. These are designed to keep your batteries charged while the coach is in storage.

looks like meter with a light bar, it was unplugged, i pluged it in and dont think its working
