Switch in bathroom

I just got a 2005 BT cruiser 5230, there is a red switch in the bathroom that I was told it was the emergency switch for water heater. But it does not control the water heater and the water heater does not have an electric element that I can see. What does this switch control?

I have 3 switches in the bathroom: light, water pump, and aqua hot to blow hot air at my feet.

The red light switch in the bathroom of my 2007 Gulfstream Independance turns on my tank heaters...the red light switch under the cabinets of the kitchen turns on electric feature of the water heater...as long as the rocker switch on the left side of the water heater is turned on.
