Things to look out for in 1997 Tourmaster

I'm planning to look at a 97 Tourmaster with 110K miles on it. The price is reasonable ($22K), which leads me to think it may have some issues. The seller has already said it has problems with the generator providing house power, which I suspect is probably a bad shore power transfer switch.

What type of issues should I look for? From the pictures, the interior and exterior look very nice, with no visible damage. I know puddles and smells would be a big giveaway to some issues. What else?

It's an 8404 model, with two slide-outs.

Roof leaks, sidewall delamination, water leaks in plumbingjust to start with. I could fill a novel with things to look for but I just gave you the three most important ones on my list

Over in files section is a inspection check list might take a few minutes to find it. AZ Expert Utuber shows roof inspections ect.
DOT Date codes on tires. 7-10yrs is used up. Don't know coach well enough to look at specifics for brand and model.
