Water pump noisey

My water pump sounds like a grinder inside but is very quite outside. I believe that the noise is because of how it is mounted. I tried to put softer lines to isolate the pump, remounted the pump on the back wall of the compartment to no availe. Is there a quter pump out there, a better way to mount the pump? Help

There are some variable speed pumps that are pretty quiet compared to the standard pumps installed by Gulf Stream and a lot of other mfgs. You will want to mount it to a very firm and dense surface but isolated by rubber feet. The water lines need to be flexible and coiled around in mid-air to allow vibration to disipate before being attached to the pex pipe.

Wizard, I did all that to no avail. What I want is a pump that doesn't vibrate.
