Red face '02 Magna Dash Air Conditioner

Having an issue with the Chassis AC unit not the Roof AC's. The Rear AC unit under the rear bed is blowing cold air when turned on. The Dash AC is blowing warm air. Seems odd as the Engine AC compressor feeds both the rear and dash AC units. Any suggestions?

Check water valve on front as engine water flowing will be heating the cooled air...it is in defrost mode so to speak.

Look for ball valve and if vacuum operated may be bad hose or stuck.
