‘05 CC Intrigue ... access to right rear slide components - hydraulic leak ?!

Hello
I have an ‘05 CC intrigue that has a slide hydraulic fluid leak dripping on to drive tire .... rear passenger slide is the issue. The slide creeps out at the far rear side ... but big issue is continued flow of hydraulic fluid ....dripping on tire.

I can’t seem to find any obvious access to the slide components (HWH ?) ...
might I have to pull up carpet in bedroom ?
Any hints / pointers / questions / comments greatly appreciated 👍🤔🤔

Thank you
Steve D

(Btw ... coach is for sale $120k Cdn ... 38,000 miles, 400 Cummins,4 slides, 2 owners)

I got a response from another site ... FYI ... still looking for some clarification ... since I just dont see any Access Panel on the '05 Intrigue !

"I just went through this nightmare with that slide on my 07 Intrigue and it ended up being not as bad of a fix as I thought…. Raise bags up as high as you can in rear, dump the front, Take that access panel/plate off above tag (heavy and super awkward), all of the hoses meet in there. It’s likely it’s in one of those connections. Under your cans inside there’s an L shaped piece that runs the bottom of your cabs, might be a couple screws hiding in carpet, take that off then Trace line up through floor and behind your wood panels on each side of slide. It’s easiest to remove those wood panels (gently pull off middle strip, should be screws behind that to take panel off). Take line to hydrologic shop and have them remake. Mine was a special 6000 psi line.

Another great point of advice, have them remake all four lines. There are two to each side. Make sure to mark them before you pull them off so you put them back on correctly. I replace two on one side and two weeks later blew the other side and had to do it all over again for that side.
GOOD LUCK! PM if you have any questions."

and a further follow-up from another :

"Shane is absolutely correct. On my 05 Allure I was able to get the number off the line and order it from HWH. Those vertical trim panels that run on the large vertical column can be preyed off easily, mine was held in place with pin nails. The cylinders are a little difficult to get to. If the cylinder is leaking, release the pressure first before attempting to do any repair. After the repair, make sure that you put the cylinders back in place before pressurizing the line."

Cheers
sd

So ... got in and pulled the ram .... seal appeared gone and have it off to get fixed. Many thanks to folks at www.OregonMotorCoachCenter.com ... very knowledgeable ! .. and to those here and on the Country Coach Owners Group on facebook ...

1. Pulled the trim off vertical side panels ... see pic. (sideways)
2. Pulled one of the wood trim pieces off revealling bolts to hold wood plates on.
3. Pulled off the upper trim above sink ... pulled out screws .. so will have to reset those. there is a block behind the top with a metal plate ... did not see that .. but will reattach wood block to trim and put that back on.
4. Unscrewed 4 bolts top and 4 bottom and one in middle on the slide scissor mechanism .... allowed the scissor to be removed completely - about 4 foot top to bottom. Had the slide in, so pressure off on hydraulic lines... removed the hydraulic lines .. see pic.

All in all, once the trim came off, it was straightforward. I kept thinking there was a hydraulic ram in the floor to push slide in and out ... silly me ... as it is the scissor mechanism vertically behind the wood panel ! should have known, as it is same for the kitchen slide .... Doh !

I welcome any questions .... pics attached

I too was thinking the actuators ran horizontal with the floor

This will help people down the road

Thanks and let us know how it turns out
