12V Bathroom lights problem

I've been trying to find the short. The two 12V mini switches in the cabinet face the one on the rt for the bath lights won't even move, the one on left has the green light on. I tried replacing them both but as soon as i touch the white wire it blows the 20amp fuse.
I believe the right switch was overloaded making it inoperable. I've owned the coach for 1 1/2 yrs and never a problem before.
I hope this problem has a common occurrence and somebody knows the culprit.
