I was too, naturally! She got a liver transplant on July 4th and was doing fine, even got her home for a week or so. Then her temp went up so I took her back to OHSU. After a couple weeks they determined she had "Graft vs Host disease". Basically the new liver tried to take over her immune system (not rejection) and it goes into the bone marrow and then the organs shut down. No way to treat it and it's very rare, OHSU has only seen 4 cases in 21 years and 1,500 liver transplants. Not enough to even have money available to study it.
We knew death could be a side effect of a transplant but still this was a shock! 48 days from transplant to death and she didn't know anything at the last except for the pain.

I do like the classic lines and color choices of that era Intrigue! And, these were still the golden years of CC quality.

That being said, I did notice that the front slide is the shallow slide, and that deep slide that came in a few years later, rally opens up the front living area. And a personal choice for me, is prefer non slide kitchens. As you have less chance of moving plumbing problems (Though most of the higher end coaches do these very well.), but more so for the lost 6-8" of upper cabinet space for the slide.

Obviously I'm a CC fan! Prefer the ISL vs ISC, but the ISC should have plenty of power for that 36' coach. (I like Jake Compression Brakes, and that is not available until you get the ISL, and then for sure not in all coaches, as many of them use Exhaust Brakes.). Like the extra HP/Torque of the ISL as a nice 'kicker'!

And the Monaco Dynasty, Windsor, Executive, Signature of that era, were well thought of coaches.

This may come down to which coach you find that is within budget, in best documented condition, and meets both of your needs...

Happy hunting,
Smitty
