2001 Magma no power to outlets

Hello!
I have a 2001 country coach magna. All of my receptacles are not working. I have looked at some other forums and still cannot fix this issue. The GFCI has no power to it. Both 30a breakers in the main 120v panet are good and none of the (three) breakers on my Freedom 25 inverter are tripped. In the wiring schematics, it shows that there is a 'step down load center' that houses two 20a breakers - one for the receptacles in the coach and one for the microwave. The microwave works properly and has power. The problem exists both on shore power and while under genset power. Does anyone know where this load center is located?! I can't find anything in the manuals. Thanks!
Eric

My rig has two 20A breakers on the wall near the Freedom 25 inverter (in addition to the ones on the inverter).

These feed output from the inverter to the GFI outlet and the microwave outlet.

Because they are the hardest breakers to reach for reset, they are the ones that trip first.......

On my 42' 2003 Magna the breakers for the inverter loads are in the #3 bay, passenger side.

On my 2000 Magna, that secondary breaker box is located on the ceiling of the forward bay on the passenger side of the coach.
