2008 Inspire Tow Board location

Can anyone help with the location of the tow board/module on a 2008 Inspire 36' model? There is no mention of it in the documentation I got with the coach. Thank you in advance.

Several places...look in engine compartment
Look where your 12 volt fuses breakers are close to the rear
Some have been under bed or behind/under a drawer in bedroom

Let us know

Probably located somewhere in the rear of the coach. I’ve only seen them in the engine bay mounted on the bulkhead. Might have been an option in those days and maybe your coach didn’t come with one? My buddy has a 2006 Intrique and we just replaced the Tow Board on his with a brand new one. It is located in the engine bay

It supplies turn/brake/running light signals to the trailer connector at the rear bumper. It’s fed by a separate fuse and contains relays so that the flashers still operate at the correct speed even when you have the load of the trailer lights. It also takes the European (orange signals, red Brake, red running) signals and converts it to a single bulb, dual filament arrangement typical of trailer tail lights.

Thank you to those who responded. I have looked in all the places others have found theirs and I'm coming to the conclusion mine does not have one.

The issue I'm trying to fix is no 12v at the brake pin on the tow connector. I've got power for the turn signals and running lights and those work on the towed vehicle but no brake lights. All the tail lights work as they should on the coach.

My 03 Allure it's under the bottom drawer passenger side back corner, have to take the drawer all the way out to get to it.

Brake light on mine was fed through the turn signal wires (combined bulb operation). Searched high and low for a tow board to no avail, finally pulled out a test light and verified function. Quick repin on the 7-way to match my trailer and I was in business.

I have a 2006 36' Inspire and I don't believe I have one either; all my fuses are in the front exterior compartment on the Drivers Side and the brakelights operate on the Turn Signal wiring. Do you have a Brake Controller installed and is that the 12V you are looking for?

We have the tow board in our 04 Intrigue passenger side in rear compartment
We did not have 12vdc either and ran a fused 12v wire to keep.charge on battery
