2009 Inspire questions??

I've got lots of questions but I think I'll take them one at a time

My headlights come on along with all the dash lights when I put the windshield wipers on??? This happens when I wash the windshield using the controls on my steering wheel, or any other time I activate the wipers.

I've been told that it's the way it's supposed to be??

Is this the way it's supposed to function???

Thanks for your input

Yep! Some states require that the headlights come on whenever the windshield wipers are activated. Your friendly government at work to keep you safe.
