2009 Magna Vivaldi BOUGHT IT!

Bought it, now to work out the details and get a passing oil test.

Still working out those details. We're leaving for the Good Sam rally in Phoenix on the 19th and Junction City is just a short distance off I-5 on the way through. Going to leave the grandson in charge at home. I'm sure they will have the Magna ready by then but I'm not sure I'll have the Dutch Star ready to trade! I mistakenly left a pillow behind the slideout and it broke the nightstand top and side. Haven't been able to find anyone that can fix it yet. One of our maintenance people at work was a cabinet maker and we have the tools there, but then he quit. It's probably an easy fix if you have the right tools, but I don't. Premier says they can do it at a reduced rate but their normal rate is $115/hr and I hate to pay anywhere near that, but I may have to.
The Dutch Stars were a big step up over the 1998 35' gas engine Santara but the Magna is equal to a King Air now so it's another big step up. Factory list on the Magna was just short of ¾ million. At our age we couldn't get financing on a new King Aire or equivalent either.

Wife and I feel like "traitors" to Newmar as we've had Dutch Stars since 2000. I run a Newmar specific forum and I'll be looking for someone to take it over too.

Congratulations and welcome to the CC family. We love our Allure but when we were in Oregon around all those Magna's coming and going at CC and Premier, I stayed in a state of 'Magna Lust.' The interior of that coach is stunning.

Wishing you many happy miles.

Good job. Forty five feet long puts you close to Vancouver by the time you get out of Junction City.

Congrats!
