Air Leveling System - Raise Nonfunctional

2000 country coach intrigue with manual air level function series 310 control panel. All functions work correctly except for the raise function using any of the 4 up arrows and the raise button. Coach has a single control board mounted under the dash near the entry door. All fuses are good. Board is AP11053 with no indicator lights. The board has 2 switches. when you turn on the control panel one switch engages. the other switch engages only when any of the 5 raise buttons are depressed but no air goes into any bag, no other sound, just the click from the switch on the control board.

What is the next step to diagnose the issue?

I looked for an HWH Leveling manual for the 310 system.

I seemed to learn that system only lowers jacks or kick down jacks.

http://www.hwhcorp.com/ml54800_srvc....WH__Slide_Outs

That would seem unusual equipment for a CC Intrigue of your vintage.

So, you also could not raise the coach with the leveling system. Only set up the jacks.

I would think a CC Intrigue will have at minimum the 600 series of leveling system using the air bags for leveling.

Perhaps I am on the wrong tangent here?

We have the same coach. All of the functions on the leveling control board are working as designed - level, up, down, dump, raise and off.

Don't know the cause of yours. Hopefully others can chime in.

Perhaps someone substituted the wrong control panel?

non-typical for this year according to HWH but the 310 series air leveling system was installed on this coach. there are no jacks on my coach but there is another 310 system that does work with jacks. HWH manual ML11006 covers the 310 series air leveling version. Anyway, HWH technical support is backed up 2 months so i will have to troubleshoot from the control board out and rely on technical knowledge from boards like this. thanks for any other advice or experience with a similar issue.

Yes on AZPete. A helpful and knowledgeable guy.

Our '96 Intrigue, air leveling, one slide, is controlled by an HWH 500 series.
