I have a friend in Pa. that makes custom aluminum mufflers for drag cars. I could provide you with his info if anyone is interested. He is also an RV'er and I am pretty sure he could make one to accommodate one of these heaters. His work is top notch (He also does a hell of a pig roast!) LOL

Look up Herfurth Aluminum Racing Mufflers on Facebook or #harmmufflers

You can tell Lou that I referred you to him.

Not bad. I found mine had preferred lying on the side of highway I did this years back, hardly hear it from inside. .

Fortunately, mine was included in my Oasis install and that was by far my lowest price option other than sending my old Hurricane off to try to be repaired somewhere.

Pretty quiet. Usually, Oasis units are considered quieter than Aquahot/Hydrohot. On mine, from outside the loudest part is the fuel pump.

Mine is quieter than most propane hot water heaters. I get a little soft rumble inside and some circ pump noise. Register fans are louder.

If I'm in a park where sites are tight, I can use a Gen-turi. I probably don't need too because, like I said, it's quieter than my neighbor's hot water heater and even some regular furnaces.

It gets a little louder as it gets closer to service time if the combustion air vents on the burner assembly gets some carbon in them. Makes for a little more turbulence in the flame.

Just replaced muffler and exhaust pipe. Purchased muffler at Tractor Supply and had exhaust shop make 90 bend and small exhaust pipe. 20.00 for shop and about 35.00 for muffler. Lots of rust on old muffler and pipe was broke. I just painted everything black with high heat paint.
